Sway

BOTH  caused weird artifacting/flickering in the bottom right of the screen

This is not caused by scaling but from having DSC enabled on my monitor.  Disabling this setting fixed the flickering. This limited the frame rate to 120 4k instead of 240 4k.

Hyprland

No Flickering works fine with DSC
