Device Naming Scheme

First part is the location whether its Hischool or Elementary or Ag which is HS Elem and AG respectively

second part is who owns the pc if  it belongs to a user it is it is the first letter of their firstAD name followed by the first 4 letters of their last name.username  if it is a lab pc then it is the name of the lab followed by the number of the pc.  The old lab is called HSLab and the new addition lab is called NALab.

the 3rd part is the year the PC was installed which is just the last 2 letters of the year

for example Jennifer Welch's PC would be called HS-JWelch-25

A lab PC number 17 example that is in the old lab would be HS-HSLab-25
